Bulan Ramadan selalu datang dengan nuansa spesial. Selain fokus ibadah, rutinitas harian ikut berubah, termasuk pola belanja. Dari urusan sahur, takjil, bukber, sampai persiapan Lebaran, semuanya berpotensi bikin pengeluaran melonjak. Kalau nggak diatur dengan cerdas, dompet bisa “kaget” di akhir bulan.
Menurut laporan detikFinance, pengeluaran selama Ramadan cenderung naik karena kebiasaan makan di luar, bukber, dan belanja impulsif yang dipicu promo besar-besaran . Hal senada juga disampaikan OCBC NISP yang menyebut banyak orang mengandalkan THR untuk menutup kebutuhan Ramadan, tapi justru berujung boncos karena kurang perencanaan .
Supaya keuangan tetap aman, berikut strategi simpel dan realistis yang bisa diterapkan selama Ramadan.
1. Bikin Anggaran Khusus Ramadan
Langkah pertama yang wajib dilakukan adalah menyusun anggaran khusus. Pisahkan pos kebutuhan pokok, ibadah, dan sosial seperti sedekah dan zakat. Dengan begitu, pengeluaran lebih terkontrol dan nggak tercampur dengan biaya gaya hidup.
2. Prioritaskan Kebutuhan, Bukan Keinginan
Ramadan sering diwarnai diskon besar-besaran, dari makanan sampai fashion. Godaannya kuat, apalagi menjelang Lebaran. Tapi penting buat tetap fokus ke kebutuhan utama.
3. Masak Sendiri Lebih Hemat
Beli makanan jadi memang praktis, tapi kalau dilakukan terus-menerus, biayanya bisa membengkak. Masak sendiri untuk sahur dan berbuka jauh lebih hemat, sekaligus lebih sehat.
OCBC menilai, memasak di rumah mampu memangkas pengeluaran hingga 30–40 persen dibanding beli di luar . Selain itu, kamu bisa mengatur menu agar sesuai gizi dan kebutuhan tubuh selama puasa.
4. Atur Jadwal Bukber, Jangan Kebanyakan
Bukber memang seru, apalagi setelah seharian menahan lapar. Tapi kalau jadwalnya terlalu padat, anggaran bisa jebol.
“Pilih acara bukber yang benar-benar penting, jangan semua dihadiri,” Strategi ini bikin kamu tetap bisa silaturahmi tanpa bikin dompet megap-megap.
5. Manfaatkan Promo dengan Cerdas
Promo Ramadan bisa jadi senjata ampuh buat berhemat, asal digunakan dengan bijak. Belanja saat diskon untuk kebutuhan pokok bisa menekan biaya. Tapi kalau beli barang yang nggak perlu hanya karena murah, hasilnya tetap boros.
6. Sisihkan Dana Sosial Sejak Awal
Zakat, infak, dan sedekah adalah bagian penting di Ramadan. Supaya nggak mengganggu anggaran utama, alokasikan dana sosial sejak awal.

7. Kelola THR dengan Strategi 3 Pos
Buat yang menerima THR, jangan langsung habis untuk belanja. Bagi ke dalam tiga pos: kebutuhan Lebaran, tabungan/investasi, dan dana sosial. Pola ini membantu keuangan tetap stabil setelah Ramadan berakhir.
Disiplin Jadi Kunci
Perencana keuangan Siti Laela Malhikmah, yang dikutip Bisnis.com, menilai bahwa disiplin adalah kunci utama. “Banyak orang sudah bikin anggaran, tapi gagal karena nggak konsisten. Padahal, pengeluaran kecil yang sering justru bikin bocor halus,” ujarnya .
Sementara itu, analis finansial dari Treasury.id menambahkan, kebiasaan mencatat pengeluaran harian selama Ramadan terbukti membantu mengontrol belanja. “Dengan catatan sederhana, kita jadi sadar mana yang bisa dipangkas,” katanya .
Ramadan bukan alasan buat boros. Dengan strategi simpel seperti bikin anggaran, masak sendiri, membatasi bukber, dan memanfaatkan promo secara cerdas, keuangan bisa tetap stabil bahkan lebih hemat. Kuncinya ada di disiplin dan komitmen menjalankan rencana.
Kalau dikelola dengan baik, Ramadan justru bisa jadi momen memperbaiki kebiasaan finansial. Ibadah lancar, keuangan aman, dan Lebaran bisa dirayakan dengan lebih tenang.
